Sometimes, students need one or two other grown ups to tell them just how capable they are, just how much potential they hold, in just the same way as their parents tell them. We used to call ourselves "Math Beast Tutoring", and our primary function was just that: Beast level Tutoring for high level Mathematics. But our students were gaining much more than a passing grade in mathematics; they were honing their own thinking skills, learning to solve problems that seemed bigger than their own understanding, and looking further into their own futures than just the upcoming exam. This level of support goes far above the title of "tutor", and far beyond the short term academic goals. Our teachers, no, our coaches are similar to the ones you'd see right on the outside of the UFC cage, yelling, advising, cheering, and sweating just as much as their fighter -- student, and our one-on-one academic coaching program can lead students to reach their fullest potentials as grown ups!

Academic Coaching is a 5 month program for grades 10 through Undergrad.
This exclusive program runs every year from August 1st - December 29th ONLY.
Enrollment opens May 1st and closes July 29th.
Students in our one-on-one academic coaching program can expect to receive training in:
All Academics by ways of tutoring, test prep, essay editing and proofreading.
Study Skills and strategy implementation
Organization and Time Management mentoring and accountability
Actionable tips for Personal Finance and Budgeting
Tactical advising for college selection and application
Guided brainstorming for Career building + tips for job applications, resumes, cover letters, interview follow up etc.
Activities to foster the dreamer's growth mindset
Guidance to realistic and attainable goal setting
What does our academic coaching program look like?
Weekly 90 minute sessions (in person or online) for subject tutoring, assignment tracking, study skills, and organization implementation
Bi-weekly 20 minute strategy calls (one on Monday to start the week, and one on Friday to close the week)
Unlimited access to our teacher supervised, resource rich, After School Homework Club.
Daily access to teacher monitored Q and A Jamboards.
Weekly activities designed to open up creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, and soul searching.
Life-time access to resources provided during coaching
Staff of excited teachers and mentors that are here to celebrate the wins in a big way, to help hold the ache of losses, and to assist in launching the student into their dream life, one goal at a time!
The investment for the 5 month coaching program is $4,300
The exclusive and all encompassing nature of this program requires that we only accept 5 students each year on a first come, first served basis. Those who don't make it this year will be given first priority in the following year. So don't wait to enroll!
